Terms & Conditions

Beta program users and organizations are entitled to full access to the platform and its functionalities that include email sending capabilities, web page tracking and personalization, and more. Users are entitled to free perpetual access to the platform. Email sending and web page tracking are billed at the end of each billing cycle on the 20th of each calendar month according to the default rate card available on this page.

By accepting this Terms & Conditions, Organizations agree to be bond to our payment terms and to be billed on a monthly-basis for all the email sending volume and web page tracking activity performed in the previous calendar month.

Acceptable use, fair use and responsibility

ReachOut app is a self-service digital marketing platform that allows to send email campaigns and other mass communication without monitoring. As such, Reach Out Labs and ReachOut app are not responsible for any content that might be considered harmful or unlawful. Reach Out Labs is a Switzeland-based Company that complies with Swiss laws and legislation.

We reserve the right to monitor, limit, suspend or cancel service to any organization that is not compliant with local laws, engage in unlawful activity, pose a treat to individuals or organizations or don't comply with our Terms & Conditions. We constantly monitor general aggregate activity to maintain the service level and comply with spam regulations. As such, organizations can be suspended or limited if the rolling average spam and complaint level for email activity consistently exceed marking levels.
